What does “lifetime access” mean exactly?

Each Divi Create package is a one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription. When you purchase a Divi Create package, you have access to all of the content in that package forever.

What does “unlimited projects” mean?

Unlike most other templates/themes, you don’t have to buy a new Divi Create license every time you want to use it on a new project.

As long as what you’re building will be owned by the Divi Create license holder, you can build as many sites as you want without ever having to buy an additional license.

Can I use Divi Create for client projects?

Yes! You can use Divi Create for basically any type of project — the only thing we disallow is using it to create derivative competing products.

Is the Divi theme required for Divi Create?

Yes, each of our packages requires a licensed Divi theme made by Elegant Themes to work. You cannot use our components with any other theme. We do not provide this license, it needs to be purchased separately.

Can I upgrade my package?

What does “free updates” include?

We regularly add new Element, Block, Layout and Commerce components whenever we have new ideas, and all new components added to those categories will always be totally free for existing customers.

We do plan to work on new component packages in the future that will be sold separately, but any components we design and build that belong in an existing package will always be added as a free update.

Can I sell templates/themes I build with Divi Create?

No, you cannot use Divi Create to create derivative products like themes, layouts, templates, or anything else where you would be repackaging and redistributing our components for someone else to use to build their own sites.

Can I use Divi Create for my own commercial projects?

Absolutely! Your license gives you permission to build as many of your own projects as you like, whether those are simple public websites or websites that end-users need to pay to access.

Will the components slow down my websites?

Definitely not. Divi Create components are made with Divi performance in mind, using only clean code, adding no bloat, just how we like it.

Do you have roadmap?

Currently, we do not have a roadmap of planned releases but, please email us at [email protected] if you have any suggestions about any components you would like to see in the future.

What does “community access” mean?

Any purchase of Divi Create includes access to our private Facebook Community where you can suggest new component ideas, ask your peers for help with any problems you run into, and talk with other users about building things with Divi Create.

Do you offer a Commerce Package?

Sorry, at this moment we do not offer our commerce components as a single purchasable package. We only offer the Commerce package as an add-on with our Complete Package.

What are Add-ons?

Add-ons are yearly subscription products that are usually paired with one of our packages. These packages are paid for in advance and you get 12-months of updates and have the same license as any other Divi Create package.

Do you offer technical support?

Divi Create is a self-serve​ product, meaning that while we do offer customer support, the expectation is that the customer has the requisite knowledge of Divi to use the product successfully.

What is your refund policy?
